    1. Harrison is a village in Sioux CountyNebraska, United States. The population was 251 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Sioux County. Harrison was originally called Bowen, and under that name was plattedin 1886, when the Fremont, Elkhorn, & Missouri Valley Railroad was extended to that point.[7] It was renamed Harrison in 1887, in honor of Benjamin Harrison.[8][9] Harrison was incorporated in 1889.
